Ordering Information of Telebrands Wholesale

(1) ORDER ONLINE: Shop with confidence using our completely SECURE site through Thawte. Telebrandswholesale.com uses the latest encryption technology. This means your credit card information is safe and is protected. Sorry, no phone orders.

(2) ORDER BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: Upon receipt of your check, we may wait up to 21 days for the check to clear before we can ship your order. For faster shipping, we suggest you pay by cashier's check or money order. Send your payment for the total amount (be sure to include shipping/handling costs) in US dollars only to:

(3) PRODUCT SALES & DELIVERY: We currently only ship to the mainland 48 US States. Most orders are shipped within one week of receipt of payment. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes nor can we ship Internationally. Orders normally process within 48 hours of placement of order and shipping time will vary based on distance from our California warehouse (normally 7 to 10 business days). Additionally, we do not offer expedited shipping on wholesale orders.

(4) RETURNS POLICY: Return Authorization (RA) labels for a full refund can be given to customers only if product is defective, or you have received the wrong product. To receive an RA, you must call Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you refuse delivery, you must contact customer support at once at 800-390-9707. Once the merchandise is received by our warehouse, a credit memo will be issued to our accounting department to issue a credit. Customers will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee for all other returned or refused orders. We're sorry we cannot reimburse any shipping and handling.

(5) TO CANCEL ORDERS: Orders can be cancelled, only prior to credit card processing, by calling Customer Support at 800-390-9707. Orders that are being packaged for shipping, cannot be cancelled.

(6) BACK-ORDERS: If your order cannot be shipped within the stated delivery date, please re-visit the website for the product you are expecting, in order to get current product availability.

(9) SALES TAX ID: If you have a Sales Tax ID, taxes can be waived in the States of New Jersey and California. Just fax our Customer Service office at 973-244-9405 to relay your DBA or Tax License Number.
