RETURNS POLICY

Return Authorization (RA) labels for a full refund can be given to customers only if product is defective, or you have received the wrong product. To receive an RA, you must call Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you refuse delivery, you must contact customer support at once at 800-390-9707. Once the merchandise is received by our warehouse, a credit memo will be issued. Customers will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee for all other returned or refused orders. Partial case returns are not permitted and if this occurs, TelebrandsWholesale.com will deduct the full retail price + shipping and handling on all unreturned merchandise. We're sorry we cannot reimburse any shipping and handling.
